This romantic old property dating from the 17th. century, has been renovated to a very high standard and opened in March 2007. It is flanked on one side of the farmyard by a thatched barn and on the other by a traditional 17th century Kentish farmhouse. Flint Cottage has been awarded a four star rating by the English Tourist Board.

The centrally heated accommodation is open plan and comprises a bedroom with a King size double bed, a lounge with sofa, easy chair, coffee table, TV/DVD player, Radio/CD, fully equipped Kitchenette/Diner with Electric Oven & Gas Hob, Microwave, Dishwasher, Fridge/Freezer, Sink and drainer. There is a separate luxury bathroom with shower area, bath, washbasin and w.c. A washing machine/dryer is also situated in this room.

Outside, between the cottage and the thatched barn, there is a small paved garden area with garden furniture and a barbecue.

Bedlinen and towels are included in the rental as are Electricity and Gas.
